Group Airfare Explanation
When “Yes” is selected, this means that you are declining group airfare and declaring that you will be securing airfare for this participant. This participant will receive an airfare credit that discounts their tour cost.
When “No” is selected, this means that this participant will be included in the group airfare purchase and ticketing process by AE
*Note that on certain tour programs this field is not applicable. This will be the case when, by trip definition, the tour price does not include airfare and each participant purchases airfare separately. Please refer to your trip materials or contact American Edventures if you are uncertain.
Hotel Rooming Explanation
For East Coast Tours: The [Standard Group Rooming] selection means quad occupancy for students (four students in a room), and double occupancy for chaperones (two adults in a room). The other option is to select [Chaperone Rooming Single] which means you will have a room to yourself.
For West Coast Tours: The [Standard Group Rooming] selection means quad occupancy (four persons in a room). The other option is to select [Family Rooming Together] which means you will have a room for your family members only.
