Hello and good morning from the East Coast! The group started off the day right with a delicious breakfast at Mt. Vernon before exploring the grounds of George Washington’s plantation home. After a great visit to George Washington’s Plantation at Mt. Vernon, St. John’s 8th graders made their next stop at the Library of Congress before heading over to the United States Capitol!
